Our premier group personal training program provides the attention of personal coaching with the benefits of energetic group support. Using an interval training approach with a mix of dumbbells, air bikes, sleds, kettlebells, medicine balls and more, we’ll help you find the appropriate challenge level during each session to get the best results while staying injury free and keeping your joints happy.
Our unique small group strength-focused training program is geared to make you sweaty, strong, and confident. STRONG sessions focus on muscle building and strength with 1-on-1, hands on attention from our Fit Tribe coaches. Never used a barbell? No Problem. Experienced workout fanatic? That's great, too. We help beginners gain confidence and comfort with fundamental weightlifting movements, and give our more experienced champions the chance to chase real gains.
Our 6 Week Transformation Program is a comprehensive personalized training program (no cookie-cutter stuff here) to begin your total body transformation in only 42 days.
Including:
- An Individualized Training Program tailored to your goals and needs.
- 2 to 5 group personal training sessions (a tailored combination of our CAMP and/or STRONG sessions), each week.
