What is the FIT Tribe Gym?

Our programs offer a combination of fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by a Certified Fitness Trainer. Each camp class, personal training session, or sports performance workout will be one hour in length.

What if I’m not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

Where is the location we will meet?

We are located at 2750 N Main St in Mansfield.

What types of exercises are included in the program? 

Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), strength training, resistance exercises, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, cardio exercises, pilates, sport drills, flexibility, and more!

How often will we meet?

Camp participants meet three times per week. Personal training sessions are based on each customer’s individual schedule. Sports Performance classes meet one to two times per week.

What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, water bottle, athletic shoes, and a sense of adventure.

What can I achieve from Fit Tribe camp or personal training?

Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you’ll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

Why should I participate?

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind.

Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!

What kinds of people go to Fit Tribe?

They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend the program due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your billing.  If we are notified after your training begins, we can only give you a credit towards future training. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given toward private 1-on-1 personal training. There is no cash refund. 

What is a typical day like at Fit Tribe Camp?

That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, cardio drills, core training and flexibility exercises each week. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.”

How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a participant go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the four weeks. Remember, everyone is different!

Where does training take place?

Variety is the spice of life and keeps your training from getting boring. So, we utilize both our indoor training studio and our acre of grassy outdoor space (weather permitting) for all of our training programs.

Fit Tribe Camp at a Glance: 

  • One hour / 3 Days a week
  • Camps are offered at 5:15am, 6:45am, 5:00pm and 6:30pm.
  • Dynamic instruction from a Certified Fitness Trainer

Additionally, Personal Training, Sports Performance for student athletes, Running Clinics and Nutrition Programs are also available
