What is FIT Tribe Gym?
Our programs offer a combination of fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by a Certified Fitness Trainer. Each group training camp class, personal/semi-private training session, or sports performance workout will be one hour in length.
We’re a special boutique fitness facility with an inclusive vibe, no fashion shows, and a tribe full of people with buckets of motivation.
What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities (from beginners to athletes) are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

We are located at 2750 N Main St in Mansfield.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Our exercise programs are designed to get you real results, real fast. Our camp programs are high intensity and low impact…that means increased fat burn and safe movements. Exercises include: Core conditioning, strength training, resistance exercises, circuit training, stationary air bike, sport yoga, cardio endurance, pilates exercises, sport drills, battle ropes, rowing, flexibility, and more!
How often will we meet?
Camp (group training) participants meet three times per week. Semi-Private and Personal training sessions are based on each customer’s individual schedule. Sports Performance classes meet one to three times per week.
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, athletic shoes, and a sense of adventure.
What can I achieve from Fit Tribe camp or personal training?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. Our programs include exercises designed to sculpt your upper body, firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you’ll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

Look, our gym is not for everyone. We cater specifically to busy adults looking for a no-judgement zone that need help getting results fast. If you want to workout in the early morning, mid morning, after work or on the weekend, we have you covered with our group training program, Fit Tribe CAMP. If you’re looking for a custom schedule to fit your individual calendar, try our semi-private or personal training programs. Our programs are designed for all ages, shapes and fitness levels, from beginners to athletes. Get started today. Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness through the first 2-3 workouts. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!
What kinds of people go to Fit Tribe?
They are people just like you. Someone who needed a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Someone that tried for years to do it on their own and finally decided asking for help could change their life. Someone that decided they deserved to go after their goals.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you are unable to attend the program due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to you starting the program. If we are notified after your program begins, we can give you a credit towards future training. This credit is nontransferable.

What is a typical day like at Fit Tribe Camp?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some air bike intervals, weight training, cardio drills, core training, battle ropes and flexibility exercises each week. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.”
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a participant go down 1-2 dress/pants sizes within the four weeks. Remember, everyone is different!
Where does training take place?
Variety is the spice of life and keeps your training from getting boring. So, we utilize both our indoor training studio and our acre of grassy outdoor space (weather permitting) for all of our training programs.
