WHAT IT SHOWS

Numbers are useful when they change the plan.

Your Fit3D scan can provide body-composition estimates, circumference measurements, and visual information about balance and posture. It gives the consultation a concrete starting point instead of relying only on a scale or a vague goal.

A coach reviews the information with you. We pair it with what you want to accomplish, your training experience, schedule, preferences, and general readiness before recommending a program.

FIT3D QUESTIONS

Know what the scan can—and cannot—tell you.

01What does a Fit3D body scan measure?+

The Fit3D scan creates a visual and measurement-based starting snapshot that can include body-composition estimates, circumference measurements, balance, and posture indicators. Your coach explains which measurements are useful for your training goal.

02Is a Fit3D scan a medical test?+

No. It is a fitness assessment tool, not a diagnosis, medical exam, or replacement for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

03How does Fit Tribe use the scan?+

We review the scan alongside your goal, training history, schedule, and general readiness. That context helps us recommend the right starting program and establish a baseline for future comparisons.

04Do I need to prepare for the scan?+

Wear comfortable, close-fitting training clothes and follow the preparation instructions included with your consultation confirmation. Consistent clothing and scan conditions make future comparisons more useful.
