Information you provide
When you complete a website form, you may provide your name, email address, mobile number, training interest, preferred contact method, preferred training time, training experience, coaching and support preferences, and the details you choose to share with a coach. Find My Fit keeps anonymous answers in your current browser session and sends them to HighLevel only after you intentionally save the recommendation or take another lead action. Please do not send medical records or detailed diagnoses through a general website form.
How Fit Tribe uses it
Fit Tribe uses submitted information to respond to your request, recommend an appropriate training option, schedule conversations, provide support, prevent misuse, keep business records, and improve the website experience. Fit Tribe does not sell personal information submitted through the website.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the public website. HighLevel processes website leads, booking requests, conversations, and customer follow-up. PushPress may process booking, rates, scheduling, or membership services during the system transition. Google provides maps and may provide analytics; PostHog may provide optional product analytics. When you open an embedded or linked third-party service, that provider may process technical and submitted information under its own privacy terms.
Text message choices
Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a website request. Service and appointment messages are separate from marketing messages. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or ask for help by replying HELP.
Analytics and browser storage
Optional Google Analytics and PostHog measurement stay off until you choose “Allow analytics.” If enabled, the site may measure page visits, device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, and actions such as booking, calling, texting, filtering a schedule, or viewing directions. Form fields are masked from session replay, and analytics events should not intentionally contain the personal information typed into a lead form. A necessary preference in your browser remembers your choice. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off.
Calls and text messages
If you provide a mobile number or initiate a text conversation, Fit Tribe may use that channel to respond to your request. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask the team to stop promotional messages at any time.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business records, dispute prevention, legal obligations, and the purposes described here. Access is limited to authorized people and service providers, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask Fit Tribe to access, correct, or delete information it controls, subject to identity verification and recordkeeping obligations. You may also withdraw marketing consent or change your contact preference. Call or text 817.241.5007, or email hello@fittribegym.com.
Children
This website and its lead forms are not directed to children under 13, and Fit Tribe does not knowingly use this website to collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy changes
